Wu & Song Associates (Shanghai), Limited
(called Wu-Song) is formed as a consulting firm
specializing in urban transportation planning, urban
planning and transportation engineering services in
China. An office in Shanghai, People’s Republic of
China has been registered and established. The
two founders of the firm are Dr. Wu and Mr.
Song Bing. They are comprised of more than
fourty (40) years of progressive and responsible
experience in urban planning and transportation
planning areas in both USA and China.

Wu-Song & Associates offer complete planning,
design and engineering services. We will focus
on strategy planning, master plan, transportation
plan, land development, modeling, micro
simulation, traffic impact study, transit planning
and ITS etc. The company is project-oriented

2004年 TSS appointed Wu-Song Associates
(Shanghai), Ltd., as an official AIMSUN NG
software sale distributor in China. Wu & Song
provides customer as follows: training, technical
support and Chinese version.

In April, 2005 INRO appointed Wu-Song
Associates (Shanghai), Ltd., as an official EMME/2
, ENIF, STAN and DYNAMEQ software sale
distributor in China. The company prodices
customer support and training.

Wu-Song and TongJi Urban
Planning Institute completed the
ShunDe Comprehensive
Transportation Planning Project.
On October 9, 2005, ten
transportation experts from
different cities and universities
evaluated the project. The project
was highly appreciated and fully
completed with advanced
technology. Four local newspapers
and an TV station reported the
partial results and findings.

Wu-Song and Ingit completed a
micro simulation project for
Shanghai Deep-Water Port
Logistics Zone using AIMSUN NG.
Dr Wu and Mr. Song of Wu-Song
Associates presented the project
report and made a highly visible
presentation to the Shanghai
Science and Technology
Committee and expert-evaluating
committee on May 19, 2005. The
project was highly appreciated and
fully completed with advanced
technology. It is first time being
used for large-scale port in China
as indicated by the expert
evaluating committee.
